Tomorrow, Friday 26 October, the 10th Brighton Early Music Festival kicks off, with the wonderful Tallis Scholars. Their concert, 'The Field of the Cloth of Glory - Celebrating a Great Treaty', explores music from the English and French Chapels Royal, led by composers Jean Mouton and William Cornysh. Their latest CD is also of music by Jean Mouton.
I will be there, and will review the concert and the CD here, but if you can get a ticket to the concert, I highly recommend you do. 8pm at St Bartholomew's Church, Brighton. Buy tickets here, or call into the Brighton Dome Ticket Office, New Rd, Brighton, or call 01273 709709.
